This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to our services, including Website Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO Services, Cloud Hosting, Domain Registration, Business Email Solutions, and related IT services.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted before the commencement of project work or service activation. Once a project has been approved, development work has started, or any service has been activated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For services such as domain registration, web hosting, business email subscriptions, SSL certificates, cloud services, third-party software licenses, and other third-party products, cancellation and refund requests are generally not applicable once the order has been processed or activated.

For website development, software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, SEO campaigns, and custom IT solutions, any advance payment made towards completed work, resource allocation, planning, design, development, or implementation activities shall be non-refundable.

If a client believes that the delivered service does not match the agreed project scope, the concern must be reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine issues in accordance with the approved project requirements.

Refund requests, where applicable, shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund shall be at the sole discretion of AP ITECHNOSOFT Systems Private Limited and may be subject to deductions for work already completed, third-party costs incurred, administrative charges, and applicable taxes.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method and may take approximately 15 to 20 business days to reflect, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
